Planning Approval for a new 2 bedroom dwelling in the Green Zone via a ‘Change of Use’ application – the existing building is being completely refurbished with exposed granite work internally, a vaulted ceiling with feature oak beams and new heritage roof lights.

Planning Application submitted for extension and alterations to a lovely detached 1930’s property, St Saviour (Jersey). Small and dated individual rooms have been opened up to provide flexible open plan living spaces.
